What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and large items?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the item. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order departs our warehouse.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly services?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee at checkout. This includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly of your furniture, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are Pit Boss products covered by a warranty?
All our furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty that covers structural defects and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
Can I request fabric swatches before making a purchase?
Absolutely! We want you to be confident in your choice. You can request up to five fabric or material swatches free of charge through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the color and texture match your home.
